Position: Business Development & Client Services
Location: London, England & USA (remote)

Working alongside the Creative Director, the role will be tasked with driving predominantly new business sales of Braintank services into pre-defined vertical markets. The individual will have specific objectives and will be knowledgable on emerging web technologies, the world of graphic design, interactive design, fundamental marketing and promotional practices, information architecture, ecommerce & content management systems, and social networking approaches.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities & Characteristics

• New account sales for existing service propositions
• Compensation on a commission & bonus system
• Consultative sales approach
• Strong sector experience(travel, golf, entertainment, real estate, hotel & resorts, etc.)
• Established contacts in the industry
• Manage an assigned vertical and / or service line to maximise sales revenues
• Ensure revenue growth in all service offerings
• Sales of emerging service propositions
• Understanding customers' business needs and applying knowledge of the company's service offerings to build proposals that meet those needs
• Developing and delivering presentations on our service propositions
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the Creative Director
• Identifying and developing new business and clients through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls and cold-calling
• Maintaining links with customers and growing the revenue stream
• Writing technical proposals and tenders.
• Strong proposal preparation and presentation/pitch skills
